The lawsuit, alleges that the Cayman Island-based sellers, as well as the promoters, behind the “$HAWK Token” used Welch’s fame to falsely promote the meme coin as a registered security. Does this look familiar ? I have a best wallet and every time I attempt to swap my Pepu, swap fails and more eth is gone out of my wallet. Let me know if you have had a similar experience.
